Lurching Toward Epiphany: Day Three

On the third day of Christmas, Dolores gave to me

Day Three

three clenched men,
two hurtled jugs,
and a party that lasted 'til three.

How LONG, exactly, can Dolores keep all this frenetic exhilaration ... fresh and frisky???

I love that negligé but it sure does look better on Dolores than it would look on me.

My boyfriend asked what I was laughing at. Spent five minutes explaining Franklin and Dolores, then these cartoons. The look he gave me got even more strange when I mentioned Harry...

Franklin, I didn't think I could love you more - but these days with Dolores have just made me adore you all the more!

Tell Dolores to drop one of those men by my place, would you?

Thanks for the class in Maine today. It was very nice to meet you. :)

Now you have me struggling to come up with the next one... Did you work them out ahead of time, or are you just letting the muse strike when she will?
Anyway, for tomorrow, my best effort is "Four appalling verbs."
(my verification word is, appropriately jises...)

could those have been the three errant "wise men" ?
so few still know what Epiphany really means.
thank you (and Delores of course) for these daily giggles.

LMAO. . . I'm totally loving this series!
Can Dolores come bring me some presents, too?! Tell her I like Scottish accents. ;)

You can keep the hurled jugs but I'll take the men.
Does Delores ever give you the wool off her back? The aggravation might just be worth it- although I suppose you'd have to get the smoke and alcohol stench out first....

I'm very intrigued to see where this is going as the numbers (and presumably mayhem) increase...

Hope your class went well!

(Verification word 'ominesse' - I'm sure that must mean something in Polari)...

I love how you're hurtling all of us toward Epiphany with Delores mayhem! Most people have no clue what it is besides us Orthodox people.

Okay, the guy on the left is a sailor, and the guy on the right is wearing chaps.

Is Dolores partying with the Village People? Franklin, are these men . . . you know . . . GAY?

PLEASE say we'll be able to purchase this story, for reading to our children and stuff, after the holidays!

And I can't even tell you how much I love the title "Lurching Toward Epiphany." :)

I love that one of the men is a sailor.
