Is it even possible to love someone more than cashmere?

And before you discover how he mistreats luxury fibres anyway?

concur w/Vivian; until you're positive he won't throw it in the dryer, use Red Heart.

I had to felt handspun llama for mine, and then he didn't wear it anyway.

He is SO not getting cashmere unless we, uh, make an agreement for what I get in return.

I'm not telling you.

Umm... diamonds perhaps??

I'm so lucky... my guy is so hot-blooded that he can't wear sweaters. And he loves the little creatures and animals I make him, so I get a lot of bang for the knitting buck.

Where does he wear the little creatures and animals?

Franklin, that's priceless but did you have to remind me that I still have to finish the cashmere pullover for DH???

My apologies in advance for being off-topic, but I've been unable to access Queer Joe's blog for a week. I get the Page Not Found message. Do you know if it's just my browser or if he's no longer maintaining his blog? Thank you for any insight

Nice. Exactly how long will you be milking the Beatles schtick, anyhow? ;-)

This reminds me of something my university roommate once said about a guy who I broke up with:

"Face it, you still had shirts you liked better than him."

She had such a great way of putting things in perspective.

junior_goddess: as long possible, of course ;-)

sean: how much qiviut are we talking? anything's negotiable.

David, don't groan. It only encourages him.

Is there a book in the works? A syndicated strip? If not, there should be. You don't have to knit to know Sheep On A Plane is a classic!

When all else fails, knit a pair of socks.
