What a great giggle to start the holiday with! Happy Valentine's Day, and glad you're safe back home. And if I were a cat? I'd be going nom nom nom nom nom and clawing at the screen right now. ;)

Clearly I'm a terrible cat mother; I didn't think to run out and get some of those tasty little morsels for my ancient kitty.

Happy Valentines Day, Franklin, you brighten my day all the time!

Happy Valentine's Day, Frannklin. May you and the gang have a fun day, filled with love and chocolate. (BTW, loved the socks on the fire post. Just didn't think to say so.) Hope you're keeping warm during this latest Arctic air mass. Namaste - Joe, in Wyoming

Happy Valentine's Day!

A big hug to Harry, and a bottle of gin to Dolores.

Franklin, I sent the Valentine cartoon to my cousin, who is a science teacher in Houston. Here's her response:
We're dissecting owl pellets today with the 5th grade.I enlarged this for my door - LOL

You're so educational! ;)

Inspired, no doubt, by "crunchy frog" and "lightly killed" and "washed in the purest sprrrring water"?

Happy heart day to you, Franklin (and Dolores and Harry, et al)!

I laughed out loud and scared my cats!

Happy Valentine's Day to you. (And I'm resisting asking about the initials in the right corner...)

Happy Valentine's Day to you, my friend. My kitty, Lego, only likes the birds that are wrapped in curling ribbon. She says they taste better that way. She's a very good kitty who would never touch Papa's yarn.

That is so awesome... makes me think of my cat Milo.

Happy Valentine's Day Franklin! Abrazos y besos!

That was absolutely the best valentine I recieved today. Thanks Franklin.

OMG...that is too funny. I just wrote up an essay last night on the time my two sister kitties when crazy with a basket of yarn while we were away for the weekend. I came home to find a maze of twists and turns, yarn over and under just about everything in the house. Maybe it was also rolled in bird!

It's been noted on Ravelry that it's also your birthday.

Hippo Birdie Two Ewe!!

Priceless! That one needs to be framed and hung in my kitchen, the remote staging area for knitting and drooling.

Angel said...

Sounds like my cat's idea of a good gift. My Valentine from the cat yesterday was a soggy piece of yarn dropped on my face while I napped and a wet fuzzy toy mouse. Cats need help in the romance department.

Lori said...

My cats thank you from the bottom of their hearts and tummies!

Awesome blog and I'm so glad I stumbled onto it. I already have two new knitting ideas from it! Gotta look you up on Ravelry...

Come take pics in LA! ;)

And that's why my yarn is safely stored in a cabinet.
