I still have one of those books from when I was a kid. <BR/><BR/>I tried crocheting this year after looking at The Happy Hooker in my LYS. I saw a sweater I had to have and the rest is history. The cool thing about crochet is that it goes so fast compared to knitting (for me anyway) Much more in the way of instant gratification. I hope you do learn to crochet, and if you do be sure to use a good hook, like an Addi or Clover that has a nice fat handle.
