That's fabulous! Thank you for my morning laugh. I would love that on a coffee cup or knitting tote.

May I suggest you add a small crochet hook? Oh geez, and a hand-spinning spindle with attached sheep.

[Laughing!]

All the essentials!

I love that you have both a martini glass and a teacup!

Excellent! Franklin is at it again! What a genius!

I want one of those. I wonder if the security staff at the Palais de Justice in Paris would confiscate it? (They confiscated my swiss army knife last week, but allowed me to have it back when I left).

Wonderful! I'd like to order five of the dog edition (although I am not hatin' on any cats, mind you) with the Shahrukh Khan upgrade.

(Go to http://www.apunkachoice.com/people/act8/shah_rukh_khan-stills12.html or better yet, watch _Kal Ho Naa Ho_ to see why. He looks better in action than in stills.)

Excellent as usual! Thank you for always putting a smile on my face.. say, have you ever thought of publishing a calendar with your illustrations? Perhaps an NC-17 version featuring Dolores as well?

Anonymous said...

Perfect. I'll take 80 of them.

Wait.... do the martini glasses come filled?

Anonymous said...

Yep, that's for me.

Love it! Yet another one I'd like on a t-shirt. I think it needs a seaming needle and sheep, though. Maybe Dolores would pose for you?

My word verification is weckplae... is that what happens when someone with a speech impediment ruins a trip to the theatre?

Fabulous idea! Where can I get one? That needs to be a T-shirt.

LOL! Yeah, definitely slap that one on a tote or something!

I have been a quiet reader for some time now, and I have to admit, I would absolutely love one of these! Fantastic! This really does need to be on a mug or something.

LOVE the martini!

but you forgot one little thing - A CHOCOLATE BAR! sometimes a chocolate bar is better than a martini when your knitting goes bad (e.g., you are at work knitting on your lunch hour and you can't drink and you drop 50 stitches and you can't get them back on your needles...reach for a chocolate bar!)

just sayin'....

PS - my word is "derxi"; the thing to say when you lose 50 stitches!

Didn't MacGuyver have one of these?
I saw a margarita glass.

Sign me up for one!

when can we buy them?

This is the perfect tool to help a knitter survive if he or she is ever stranded in the wilderness! ("The wilderness" being anyplace more than a 10 minute journey from the LYS.)

I would like a few pair. Those really do cover the essentials. My kids think I am insane, but I know you all understand.

Hmmm domqfh for a verification word? Sounds like something Dolores could give a lecture on, and I am probably not prepared to attend...

That is wonderful. I will add to the beglist and ask you to please put this design on coffee mugs, t-shirts...anything! Your blog always puts a smile on my face.

Aaaa! I love how there's a cat on it! Too funny.

Everything the knitter could need. When can I buy mine?

I'll need 6 pairs of the needles for my knitting circle, and about a dozen tshirts when they become available.

Christmas shopping... done!

Sarah O G said...

I need me one of them with a wine glass instead of a martini, no where I could get one? :D

My cat is honored to be included among the essentials, although of course she thinks it no less than her due. It is brilliant, I love it. My favorite cartoon yet.

You jest, but a needle with a teetiny little measuring tape built into the end would actually be feasible and would sell. And the other needle of the pair could have a crochet hook for picking up dropped stitches that comes out of the end in the same way that the plastic toothpick comes out of a real swiss army knife (did you ever think about how disgusting that reusuable plastic toothpick is? Gack.). I think someone should take this idea into R&D pronto.

Now I have to come up with the Swiss Army yoga mat.

I want that drawing, rendered in glass, to hang off...ANYTHING. It is a gas!

Anonymous said...

Does that have the "clapper" feature so I can find it when it's lost?

Matt....... said...

That really needs to be on a t-shirt, to add to my panopticon wardrobe!

I love it! I'll take 6 sets in various sizes. I will need a dog or sheep instead of a cat. I'm allergic to them.
(my WV is shddda)

Well it's a whole lot more necessary than the Costa Rican army needle.

Sojournknitting said...

How cool is that?!
I'd order one with a flip top flask for my chocolate soy milk!

I loved finding this this morning! BRILLIANT!!!!!!

Wow! Thank you! I continually wanted to write on my blog something like that. Can I take a portion of your post to my website?
